A new song by James. Part of a 26 minute continuous piece called "Close" featuring The Swaps which will be released on 30 September 2021. It's about a loss.
The Swaps will once again be healing this wounded nation. This time they'll be doing it on Sunday at Temperance Cafe in Leamington. They will start the process at 6 p.m. sharp. You'll need tickets, which you can get from the cafe (which is in Bath Street) or online from here. See ya.
Look out everyone
The Swaps are going to come to the Town House, George St, Leamington, on Saturday (9 November), and they will play their songs, and there is not much anyone can do about that. So you might as well just enjoy it. Kick off at 8.47 p.m Historians will know that The Swaps started in The Somerville Arms when landlord Paul let us play there repeatedly bleedin' years ago. Paul is now retiring so we've organised an impromptu gig next Thursday evening to say thank you and goodnight to him. Do come and sing/drink along.
In response to the state of the world, The Swaps will be playing all night long at the Town House in Leamington Spa on 14 September, from 8.30 p.m. Please join them.
The Swaps are playing on the BBC Introducing Stage at the Godiva Festival on Sunday July 7th, 3.30 p.m.
The Swaps have sold out. So coming to the gig at Temperance on 8 June may well be pointless unless you've got a ticket.... Next opportunity to see these sell-outs is at the Irish Club in Leamington on 26 July....
